南京INA轴承油类清洗过程及留意事项

根据使用时间，清洗和加油后通常需要2000小时。清洗南京INA轴承有两种方法。

Because the Nanjing INA bearing hot oil cleaning method used for a long time, soft dry oil or anti-rust paste hardening only outlet bearings, should be immersed in 100-200 degrees Celsius hot oil, clamp the bearings, oil cleaning bearings. When heated to 100 to 200 degrees Celsius, soft dry oil or antirust ointment will melt. It is easy to wash away from bearing cracks. Sometimes it is necessary to repeatedly swing bearings in oil. Oil pollution will also flow out of cracks.

清洗旧电机或出口电机的南京INA轴承时，滚珠、齿条及内圈应从外圈水平旋转，然后浸入热油中。清洗短圆柱滚子轴承时，滚子、齿条、内圈和外圈也应拆除。

The ball, rack and inner ring should be rotated horizontally from the outer ring and then immersed in hot oil when cleaning the Nanjing INA bearing of the old motor or the export motor. When cleaning short cylindrical roller bearings, roller, rack, inner ring and outer ring should also be removed.

当南京INA轴承热油被清洗时，油的温度不应超过20度。如果使用间接加热，则应避免。轴承悬置在油底壳内，会造成过热，降低硬度。

When the hot oil of INA bearing in Nanjing is cleaned, the temperature of the oil should not exceed 20 degrees. If indirect heating is used, it should be ***oided. Bearing suspension in the oil pan will cause overheating and reduce hardness.

在煤油中浸泡轴承5-10分钟。用一只手握住内圈，用另一只手转动外圈。

Soak the bearings in kerosene for 5-10 minutes. Hold the inner ring with one hand and turn the outer ring with the other hand.

南京INA轴承上的干油或防锈油膏会脱落。然后把轴承放在干净的煤油里，用软刷子擦拭球和裂纹，用***洗，拿出来放在干净的纸上。清洗向心球轴承和短圆柱滚子轴承时，应分别清洗滚珠、齿条、内圈和外圈。

Dry oil or antirust ointment on INA bearing in Nanjing will fall off. Then put the bearings in clean kerosene, wipe the balls and cracks with a soft brush, wash them with gasoline, and put them on clean paper. When cleaning centripetal ball bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings, the ball, rack, inner ring and outer ring should be cleaned separately.

南京INA轴承安装在轴上的清洗，主要通过喷油或使用油枪辐射的方法，易于使用煤油清洗，然后进行***清洗；难以清洗的油垢，首先用100-200度的热油清洗或油枪辐射；***清洗管线cle抚养。小心不要刮出尖锐的工具轴承：硬油或防锈避免损坏轴承的滚子和滚道圈部分的亮度，并用干净的布擦干的轴承。
